Elizabeth Eckholt has been a full service Chef, event planner and culinary instructor and for groups of 2-800 in the Bay Area for over 19 years. 

The focus is always on seasonal, local, organic, sustainable ethically grown foods ~ foraging from the best farmers, purveyors of the Bay Area, and select international delicacies available  ~ simple yet gorgeously presented, perfectly prepared and impeccably served. 

Courteous and professional full service staff is available, starting at $25/hr per wait staff.
